Complaints Procedure
AL Women’s Health
AL Women’s Health aims to provide a high standard of care and a positive experience for every patient and client. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, I welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and try to resolve them.
How to make a complaint
If you would like to raise a concern or make a formal complaint, please contact:
AL Women’s Health
Email: al.womenshealth@gmail.com
Please provide your name, contact details and a brief description of your concern.
What happens next?
I will acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably possible.
Your complaint will be reviewed carefully and fairly. Where further information is required, I may contact you to discuss your concerns.
I aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If this is not possible because further investigation is required, I will let you know and provide an updated timeframe.
All complaints will be treated respectfully and confidentially. Making a complaint will not adversely affect the care or treatment you receive.
If you remain dissatisfied
If your complaint relates to physiotherapy care and you remain concerned about the professional conduct or competence of a registered physiotherapist, you can find information about raising a concern with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
If your concern relates to the use of your personal information, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Where another organisation or healthcare provider is responsible for the matter you are raising, I will explain this and, where possible, direct you to the appropriate organisation.
